Officials say cable barriers are preventing serious wrecks (The Braselton News)
The Georgia Department of Transportation says its new cable barrier system along Interstate 85 is helping to improve safety by possibly preventing deadly cross-over accidents. The cable barrier system is shown how it could prevent such wrecks in an accident in Jackson County.

Gwinnett cities, county hash out service tax issues (Atlanta Journal-Constitution)
