Hit-and-Run Suspect Appears Before Judge (FOX 5 Atlanta)
The driver accused of hitting and killing a young mother in front of her own home is scheduled to face a judge for the first time Tuesday afternoon. The driver is being held at the Gwinnett County Jail on $85,000 bond.
