Man arrested following carjacking outside Gwinnett Street Kroger
Savannah-Chatham police arrested a 24-year-old Monday morning and charged him in connection with a weekend carjacking. Police say that just after 6 p.m. Sunday a woman was leaving the Gwinnett Street Kroger when she was approached by a man who demanded her purse.
