Ray Jones killed by tree while driving
Our heart goes out to Faye Jones and her family in a time like this. Mr. Jones was killed  by a falling tree. He is picture below. (taken from AJC.com)
He seemed to be a good Christian man in his life. His job was a plumber.Â
It is hard in times like this for the family to think straight. Someone should look into their auto policies to see if they have what is called UM coverage. UM stands for Uninsured Motorist. If Mrs and Mr. Jones had UM coverage, they would be entitled to the payment for the injury and death of Ray Jones. Also under the new Georgia law, a family who has multiple car policies can “stack” those multiple policy to get the face value of each policy.Â

Only minor injuries were reported Monday morning when a MARTA bus and car collided in DeKalb County. After looking at the pictures in looks like a Crown Victoria hit the bus from behind. All of the ten injuries people on the Marta bus would be able to get commensation from the driver of the Crown Vic, or if the MARTA bus driver did something inproper then MARTA could also be liable. The ones injuried needs to follow the advice of the doctors and talk to an attorney as soon as possible.
